春风浩荡满目新，扬帆奋进正当时。2月3日，我校召开了新学期全体教师大会，明确了本学期教育教学任务，确定了本学期教育教学大方向：扎实推进自主管理与学习型课堂教学深入发展。校领导及全体教师参加了会议，会议由教学处王艮副主任主持。
On February 3, SCCSC held a meeting of all teachers in the new semester, aiming at solidly promoting the in-depth development of self-management and learning-oriented classroom teaching. School leaders and all teachers attended the meeting.
事前定则不困，道前定则不穷。首先学生处周东凯主任就本学期德育工作做了规划与布置：自主管理、学生活动、学生干部培养、以生为本，学生体验感；教学处关宇筠主任总结了上学期工作，强调了本学期的教学工作重点，提出了“抓落实、强作风、守规矩”三点要求。
Director Zhou Dongkai of the SAO gave a speech on deepening moral education work, and planned four directions for the moral education work of this semester: self-management, student activities, student leadership cultivating, and student-oriented education; and emphasized the key points of teaching work in this semester, and put forward three requirements of "grasp the implementation, strengthen the teacher ethical standards and professional behaviours".
悬衡而知平，没规而知圆。冷晶副校长从“教研组文化建设、教研组与年级组自主管理、教师业务提升、师德师风建设”四方面对全体教师提出了要求。
Vice President Leng Jing illustrated specific requirements for all teachers in four aspects: the cultural construction, the independent management of the teacher teams and grade teams, the improvement of teaching practice, and the construction of teachers' morality and ethics.
最后，张金仲校长就新学期的教育教学工作提出了八点期望与思考。张校长指出，自主管理和学习型课堂是我校中长期的教育教学工作重点与方向。人人都是推进工作的主体，人人又是配合工作的主体。在教学中，要善于把内容转变成问题；在管理中，要善于把问题转变成策略。做好规划和设计，提高教育教学管理能力，促进学生成绩的提高，促进学生综合素养的提升。期待全体中加人在劈波斩浪中开拓前进，在攻坚克难中书写精彩。
Finally, Principal Zhang Jinzhong made a concluding speech, and emphasized eight expectations for all teachers in the new semester. President Zhang pointed out that self-management and learning-oriented classrooms are the medium and long-term focus and direction of SCCSC. Every teacher is the main body to advance the work, to cooperate with the work. In teaching, we should be good at turning content into problems; in management, we also should be good at turning problems into strategies.
守正创新，奋楫笃行。在实践中历练，在尽责中奋进，不驰于空想，不骛于虚声，新学期的目标和计划已经在路上，一起携手奋进，共创卓越！
