深圳，世界发展最快的城市之一，短短几十年间从一个小渔村变成了与国际接轨的大都市，深圳的高速发展离不开高科技企业的活力带动，华为和腾讯作为世界知名企业，现已成为深圳高科技发展的一张名片。
Shenzhen, as the host city of this year’s Australasia & East Asia Regional Conference, is one of the fastest growing cities in the world, changing from a small fishing village to an international metropolis in just a few decades. The rapid development of Shenzhen is inseparable from the driving force coming from such high-tech enterprises as Huawei and Tencent, both of which have become prominent examples of Shenzhen's high-tech development.
4月8日早，同学们首先乘车来到了华为基地，走进华为，首先看到的是“把数字世界带入每个人，每个家庭，每个组织，构建万物互联的智能世界”的企业标语，这不仅代表着华为的工作精神，同时，也是这个时代的发展方向。随后，华为员工带领大家参观了华为展厅，介绍了华为在银行、汽油和电网行业等领域的发展，以及即将在更多领域实现的识别脸部功能，智能机场和智能课堂等。
Early on April 8th, Round Square delegates visited Huawei’s Shenzhen base. The first thing coming into their sight when entering the company was a slogan which read: “Bring the digital world to everyone, every family, and every organization, building an intelligent world where all things are interconnected”. The staff of Huawei showed the delegates around the exhibition hall of the company and further introduced the development of Huawei in the areas of banking, gasoline and power industries, as well as the facial recognition functions, smart airports and smart classrooms that will be realized in more fields.
各国伙伴们在参观过程中，仔细听着工作人员的讲解，并积极提问，对这一世界知名大企业的文化与发展充满了浓厚的兴趣，走进A园区，华为相关领导向同学们介绍了华为的发展历史，并带领大家参观了华为员工餐厅，无论是园区建设，还是每一处细节，都渗透着浓厚的企业文化氛围，无不彰显着华为作为民族骄傲的大企业风范。
During the visit, everyone listened attentively to the interpretation made by Huawei’s workers and actively participated, showing great interest in the culture and development of this world-renowned enterprise. Then in Industrial Park A, under the guidance of some of Huawei’s leaders, our students were introduced to the history of Huawei and its staff canteen. The rich corporate culture embodied in every detail of the company left a deep impression on everyone.
下午，各国同学们来到腾讯大厦，现代化的建筑风格吸引了同学们的目光，走进大厦内，迎面而来的是青春与活力的企业气息，圆方伙伴们在腾讯员工的介绍下，了解了腾讯的企业历史，企业文化以及当季产品，揭开了这一现代高科技企业神秘的面纱。
In the afternoon, our delegates visited the Tencent building which, with its modern architectural style, attracted the attention of them immediately. Here they learned about the business history, the corporate culture, as well as the seasonal products of Tencent.
参观活动结束后，同学们乘车来到欢乐海岸开始“寻宝活动”，加方教师Shon首先向大家介绍了游戏规则：各小组分别领到一张任务卡，完成卡片上的指定任务后，到下一地点获得线索，其中包括找到旗帜，拍摄视频，找到书籍，摆出固定动作等等。
At the end of the two visits, all students went to OCT Harbour to participate in a game called “The Amazing Race”. The rules of the game were explained by an international teacher named Shon as follows: each group would be given a task card respectively and they could proceed to the next place for clues only after the completion of the specified tasks on the given card, including finding a banner, shooting video, finding books, posing in a fixed action and so on.
完成寻宝任务，不仅需要小组伙伴们集思广益与齐心协力，更需要大家形成团队合力，共同为了一个目标而努力，寻找任务卡，找到下一任务地点，一组组同学们热情奔跑的身影，一次次完成任务的欢呼，让欢乐海岸变成了速度与激情的海洋。
The accomplishment of Amazing Race was the result of concerted efforts made by everyone for a common goal. The enthusiastic running in the game and the jubilation following each completion of tasks turned the OCT Harbour into an ocean of speed and passion.
寻宝任务完成后，圆方伙伴们乘坐巴士回到校园参加中秋节主题晚宴。中秋节，中国第二大传统节日，有着悠久的文化历史与丰富的节日内涵，学生领袖们向大家介绍了中秋节的由来以及吃月饼的节日风俗，各国同学们品尝着美味的月饼，期待着晚餐后的学生舞会。闪耀的灯光，动感的音乐，这是属于每一个年轻人的夜晚，开心的合影，兴奋的舞蹈，一切都是那么的放松又美好。
Tired but happy from the Amazing Race, Round Square delegates returned to the campus for a Mid-Autumn festival themed dinner. The Mid-Autumn festival, as the second largest traditional festival in China, has a long cultural history and rich festival connotation. During the dinner, our student leaders introduced to everyone the origin of the festival and the festival custom of eating moon cakes. While enjoying the delicious moon cakes, everyone was looking forward to the dance party after dinner. Students took photos and danced together in shining lights while enjoying dynamic music, demonstrating that the last evening of the conference was a celebrate of youth, friendship, and cultural understanding.
