SCCSC Teacher Professional Development and Skills Training Seminar
为更好的提升教师的专业素养和教学能力，推动学校的课堂教学改革。7月5日—9日，学校组织了为期一周的教师培训。培训既包含教学理论、教学方法，又包含信息技术应用能力提升工程2.0建设，内容丰富，干货满满。
As the semester is coming to the end, SCCSC has held a 5 day training seminar for faculty members started from July 5th and ended up on July 9th, which contained teaching approach study, education technology analysis as well as other teaching related content.
第一天：
北京师范大学教育学部阚维副教授，从比较教育学的角度向老师们介绍了《中外中小学课堂教学方法》，包括中外课堂教学理论、中外课堂教学准备、中外课堂教学管理、中外课堂教学方法四大方面，理论与教学实例结合。
Day 1: The comparison of Chinese and western class management.
第二天：
深圳（南山）中加学校徐冠中老师为全体教师带来了《基于Canglory平台的智能教学》的培训。
整场培训，徐老师为老师们讲解了基于H5P技术的Canglory平台资源库建设的技术及要求。各教研组也分别派老师展示自己制作的H5P课件，在学习与交流中，共享CG平台课程建设的妙招。
Day 2: Canglory Teaching and Learning platform operation training. Lesson Plan demonstrations on Canglory platform from 9 subject teams.
第三天：
深圳市龙华区桂花小学王婷校长为全体教师带来了《合作学习“形”与“神”》及《有效提问——高效课堂的点金术》的教学分享。王婷校长的培训精彩有趣，结合大量教学实例，并让现场的老师们进行小组合作学习的实操，促进了老师对小组合作学习核心要义的理解。
小组合作是我校一直在提倡的课堂学习方式，有效提问是小组合作学习的核心点，王婷校长的分享为我校教师在小组合作学习上提供了更多的思路。
Day 3: Guest speaker Mrs. Wang Ting from Longhua Osmanthus Primary School spoke about the form and spirit of meaningful collaborative learning in class, then shared her understanding about how to foster a highly effective class environment by asking questions.
第四天：
深圳市红岭中学特级教师吴磊老师进行了《小组合作学习模式的实践运用》主题分享。吴磊老师结合自身近20年的一线教学实践经验，从课堂教学现状及学生特点出发，介绍了小组合作学习模式在课堂上的运用和所带来的良好效果。吴磊老师列举了大量历史教学实例与策略和学生小组合作取得的成果，培训中老师明白了小组合作学习除了关注问题的质量外，还要关注问题的境脉。
Day 4: Guest speaker from Shenzhen Hongling Secondary School,history teacher Mrs. Wu Lei shared her experiences of implementing group cooperative learning method in her history class over the past 2 decades.
第五天：
本次培训全体教师通过视频学习了课程《如何管理自己的健康》。其中介绍了当代人亚健康的生活状态，不良生活习惯易引发的疾病及如何管理自己的健康。老师们通过本次课程学习了健康管理知识，健康的体魄也是良好的教学状态的前提与保障。
期间，各教研组长向全体教师汇报了面对新教材、新学考安排的三年一贯制课程建设方案，及各教研组的信息技术2.0研修计划，学校领导一一做了点评，并提出了修改意见。
Day 5: ‘Taking care of yourselves’ was set as the topic for the last day of the training seminar, reminding SCCSC teachers to pay attention to both mental and physical health while devoting ourselves to education.
为期一周的培训已圆满结束，教师们更是在一周的培训打开了课堂教学的新思路，特别是在“人工智能”、“小组合作学习”及“构建学习型课堂”等学校课堂教学改革的关键环节点上提升了思想认知，收获了方式方法。本次期末集中学习必将对落实本学期教学研讨会提出的《积极构建人工智能环境下学习型课堂新生态》产生积极的推动作用。
A week long SCCSC teacher professional development and skills training seminar has offered so much more than the presented content to well prepare SCCSC teachers for the coming term.
