Fostering Learning-Orientated Class, Cultivating Teachers’Professional Development
The 15th Youth Teachers Basic Skills Competition
积极构建双线融合的学习型课堂是我校课堂教学改革的关键词，为进一步落实学校的课堂教学改革思想，提升课堂教学的质效，强化学习型课堂在教学实践的呈现，同时促进青年教师的专业成长，12月21日，我校举办了第十五届青年教师基本功大赛。共有19名青年教师参加了此次比赛。
Constructing online and offline learning-orientated class is the key for SCCSC education reformation, which was well implemented in the 15th novice teachers teaching skills competition on December 21st. 19 teachers participated in the competition.
参赛选手结合本学科特点，选择一节教学内容进行“说课”比赛。比赛中，各位选手各展身手，结合自身学科特点与教学实践，从学生自主学习的程度、小组合作的效度以及落实的精准度等角度进行阐述。同时解说了以平板为依托的智慧手段在教学中的应用与成果。
During the contest, teacher participants articulated their teaching plans, teaching strategies combing with various interactive class friendly technology.All the presented teaching plans aimed on student centered learning model and group working method in class.
Canglory平台已广泛使用到教师的教学实践中，课堂小测、知识学习、互动问答等多种功能，提升了课堂效率。一张张展示着学生学习成果的照片配合着老师们精彩的演说，展现了我校教师扎实的专业基本功和对学习型课堂的探索。
SCCSC Canglory teaching and learning platform was well adopted during the competition.
经过激烈的角逐，共有两位青年教师获得本次比赛的一等奖，他们是英语组蒋晓明、生化组陈甦；
The final winners are:
The 1st Prize: Jiang Xiaoming from English Department; Chen Su from Biochemistry Department;
有两位教师获得二等奖，他们是生化组童慧敏、音体美组毛方媛；
The 2nd Prize: Tong Huiming from Biochemistry Dept. and Mao Fangyuan from PE Dept.
有六名教师获得三等奖，他们是数学组王锋鑫、数学组贾建英、英语组周吟、英语组冯睿、物理信息组任畅、物理信息组裴扬；
The 3rd Prize: Wang Fengxin, Jia Jianying from Mathematics Dept.Zhou Ying, Feng Rui from English Dept. Ren Chang and Pei Yang from IT Dept.
以及有9名青年教师获得优秀奖。
9 teachers won awards of excellence.
校长孙艳秋女士、校监郑秉捷先生、执行校长张金仲先生、教学处学生处负责人及全体教师参加了活动，并给获奖的青年教师颁发了荣誉证书。
赛后，执行校长张金仲先生做了点评发言。张校长肯定了参赛选手的精彩表现，指出目前南山中加的课堂已呈现出学习型课堂的基本样态。同时，在谈及学习型课堂的小组合作时，张校长重点强调了要重视对合作学习小组的评价。学习评价可由过去的对个人的评价转变为学习小组评价，管理也由过去的分散管理转变为对合作小组的管理，以此增强小组粘性，打造学生学习生活的共同体。
SCCSC Principal, Mr. Zhang Jinzhong remarked on the competition, in which he reviewed each of the teaching plans in detail, furthermore, Mr. Zhang emphasized the importance of executing group working strategy in student centered class.
本次比赛不仅为青年教师提供了一个展示才能的舞台，更为全体教师营造了一个相互学习与交流的氛围，对推进构建学习型课堂提供了更多的方法与思路。
智慧之音还在回荡，思想火花仍在跳跃。回首应笑慰，征途再扬帆！
