岁月不居，时节如流。脚踏实地担使命，仰望星空向未来。随着新学期、新征程的开启，教育教学工作稳步推进。为进一步明确教学方向，加强教研组文化建设，2月7日，我校召开了新学期教研组长述职会议，校领导及全体教师参加了会议。
With the opening of a new semester, the education and teaching work is steadily advancing. In order to further clarify the education direction and strengthen the team building of all teaching teams, on February 7, SCCSC held a seminar for the new semester, school leaders and all teachers attended the meeting.
述职会议上，六名教研组长主要从学期目标、文化建设、保障措施等方面进行了精彩的汇报，制定出了科组文化建设的规划，各有亮点，各显风采。语文组提倡“知识问题化，问题活动化”，数学组提出要“以考促教”，英语组“教研活动科学有效、智慧教学深入课堂”，科学信息组对“课堂教学改革学习型课堂建设有思考亮点”，政史地组提出从“教师综合素养和教师业务水平”两个方面引领队伍发展，体音美组则为学生设计了“丰富多样的课外活动”。
At the meeting, the six teaching team leaders made wonderful reports from the aspects of semester goals, cultural construction, and safeguard measures, especially in the cultural construction of the department and group. The Chinese Literature teaching team advocates "knowledge activity", the Mathematics teaching team proposes "promote teaching through examinations", the English teaching group has various teaching and research activities, and often implement intelligent teaching methods into the classroom. After making a pragmatic plan and prospect, the PE group designed a variety of extracurricular activities for students in this semester.
春兰秋菊，各擅胜场。六大教研组的工作都各具特色，继承并发扬了我校集体教研、组内磨课等优良作风，并不断在教学教研上积极探索，亮点突出。各教研组表示，接下来将继续落实教研，同时加强学科组的文化建设。
The work of the six major teaching teams showed their various characteristics. It has inherited and carried forward the excellent tradition of collective teaching research activities.
勠力同心，研思同行。张金仲校长充分肯定了各教研组长的述职报告，指出本次会议吹响了科组文化建设的号角，并对教研组提出了三点要求。一是教研组要始终以教研为核心，用智慧教学，用巧力教育；二是教师业务要精，责任心要强；三是利用CG平台加强考试反馈。同时强调，说了是已经提出来了，提出来了代表着需要做，需要做好。
Principal Zhang Jinzhong fully affirmed the the outstanding presentations from all 6 teaching team leaders,Principal Zhang pointed out that this meeting sounded the clarion call for the cultural construction of all teaching departments, and put forward three requirements for the team members. Mr. Zhang required teachers to take teaching and research as the core of teaching practice, and use ingenuity to encourage students to learn; the other is to improve the quality of teachers’ professional skills; the third is to use the CG platform to strengthen test feedback.
奋楫笃行未来路，同心筑梦中加人。科组文化建设的“交响曲”已经奏响，各教研组将以更饱满的热情、更务实的作风迎接新学期，再接再厉，谱写中加学校更加辉煌的教育新乐章！
