中加食谱会,家校携手让三餐更美味

        为不断提高膳食质量,创新更多同学们喜欢的菜品,进一步丰富食谱花样,2019年11月12日,深圳(南山)中加学校召开食谱会议,学生处周东凯主任、涂焕新副主任、总务处郝主任、餐厅帅主管、校家委主席王宝国先生、10位家长代表、民主生活部学生干部、各班生活委员参加了此次会议。
For the purpose of improving the quality of the food services at SCCSC, a meeting was called by the joint of parent committee and SCCSC Student Service Centre on Nov 12, Mrs. Tu Huanxin, Deputy Director of Student Service Centre,Mrs. Hao, Director of the Office of General Services,Mr.Shuai, Manager of SCCSC Cafeteria, Mr.Wang Baoguo, President of the parent committee, 10 delegates of SCCSC Parent Committee and student representatives attended the meeting.

 

 

 

会上,校领导、家长代表和学生干部代表就目前餐厅需要改进的问题,进行了有效的沟通,并达成以下共识:
1、对餐厅卫生问题,首先必须零容忍,遇到问题快速解决,全力保证同学们的日常三餐健康安全。
2、对同学们提出的菜品口味问题。有客观的认识,不同的学生有不同的口味,尽量在打饭时,告知打饭窗口阿姨选择自己喜爱的口味。学校总务负责人也明确表示,会尽力调整餐单,调整同学们喜欢吃的餐食,增加供应量,增设保温装置。
3、尽力调整早餐的种类和花样,但对于同学们提出的米粉、豆浆、油条、四季豆、火腿等,因教育局限制早餐供应的种类名单,所以也请各位家长和同学给予理解。
4、食谱会原计划每学期召开一次,现改为两次,更多地听取同学们和家长的意见,发现问题及时整改,把日常三餐服务进一步提高。
5、欢迎负责生活的校家主席带领各班家委,定期或不定期走访食堂、品餐,进一步了解食堂日常管理操作,并建立微信群,开设更直接的沟通渠道,发现问题可同学校总务郝主任、帅主管直接进行沟通。
6、学校食堂随时随地欢迎各位家长前来品尝,但介于校园安全和学校管理,需提前告知总务郝主任,帮大家安排一次性餐具,避免和孩子们的餐具混用,确保孩子们的用餐安全。
 
Attendees have reached an agreement in the meeting that emphasizes:
1. The school cafeteria sanitation is the priority, all parts agreed to have 0 tolerance to any food safety issues.
2. Students’ satisfaction is also important.Mrs. Hao, Director of the Office of General Services confirmed to adjust the menu from time to time in order to meet students’ preferences as well as improving heat preservation condition.
3. The choices at breakfast strictly follow the policy of the Educational Bureau, which well considers the aspects of food safety and nutrition.SCCSC will still work hard for providing breakfast as rich as possible.
4. In order to improve the quality of the three meals, attendees decided to hold two meetings per semester.
5. It is necessary for the joint of parent committee and SCCSC student services to conduct inspections from time to time,in addition, to set a wechat group for communicating any issues relate to food services.
6. SCCSC is opened to every parent who has concerns about food services and would like to join into the action of well-managing food services, however, there should be a reasonable arrangement such as making an appointment before visiting to allow student service center to prepare disposable tableware for safety considerations.


 

 

本次食谱会的召开,让更多的家长和同学了解了餐厅的管理和服务,同时,增进了学校与家长之间的沟通和互动,相信在家、校的共同努力下,菜品会更受同学们的喜爱,餐厅的管理会更加完善,为同学们提供更加营养均衡的膳食以及更优质的服务。
The meeting provided an occasion for parents and students representatives to understand the procedure of managing food services at SCCSC,which also enhanced the connection between SCCSC and Parent Committee.
