优化教学评价标准,推进学习型课堂建设 ——深圳(南山)中加学校第十九届教学研讨会圆满落幕

教而不研则浅,研而不教则空。为更好地贯彻落实《课程标准》所提出的“立德树人及核心素养”的基本精神。6月17-18日,我校召开了以“优化教学评价标准,推进学习型课堂建设”为主题的第十九届教学研讨会。校领导及全体教师参加了会议。
On June 17-18, 2022, SCCSC held the 19th teaching seminar with the theme of "Optimizing teaching evaluation standards and promoting the construction of learning-oriented class". The school leaders, faculty and staff members attended the meeting.

 

 

研讨会从各教研组的优秀课例切入。十五位授课教师以Canglory平台为依托,向全校教师展现了精彩的学习型课堂,体现了“小组合作、任务驱动、问题导学、技术赋能、学习力培养”为核心的课堂评价新标准。
The seminar started from the excellent classroom examples of each subject team, Relying on the Canglory platform, the 15 teachers showed wonderful learning-oriented classes openly, reflecting the new classroom evaluation standards with group cooperation, task-driven, problem guidance, technical empowerment and learning ability training as the core.

 

 

副校长王建忠作了“优化教学评价标准,推进学习型课堂建设”的主题报告。报告阐释了本次研讨会的主题及意义,并对我校的课堂教学评价标准和学习型课堂教学模式设计进行了解析。
Vice Principal Wang Jianzhong made a keynote speech on "Optimizing teaching evaluation standards and promoting learning-oriented class construction". The report explained the theme and significance of this seminar, and analyzed the classroom teaching evaluation standards and learning-oriented teaching model design of our school.

 

 

加方校长Greg Smith分享了在学习型课堂中小组活动让学习更高效的教学实践方法。
Canadian vice principal Greg Smith shared teaching practice that makes learning more efficient in group activities in learning-oriented classrooms.

 

 

思想碰撞,智慧交融。各教研组围绕研讨会主题展开了深入研讨,各教研组长汇集组内教师的教学实践及思考,做了学科课堂教学规划的报告。报告既有对学习型课堂建设的模式建构,又有对小组合作、智慧赋能的未来规划。
The subject teams carried out in-depth discussions on the theme of the seminar. The leaders of each team gathered the wisdom and strength of the teachers in the group and made wonderful disciplinary reports. The report not only thought about the learning-oriented teaching model, but also explored group cooperation methods and teaching practice experience in improving students' learning ability.
 

 

 

 
郑秉捷校监对教学论文进行了点评,在充分肯定论文质量的同时,又对论文提出了指导性要求。
SCCSC school supervisor Zheng Bingjie commented on the teaching research paper, and his words were full of affirmation and encouragement. He pointed out that teachers' teaching research papers focus on the new requirements of current educational reform, and have thoughts on the core literacy of the subject and the improvement of students' learning ability.

 

 

学校对优秀课例及获得优秀论文的教师进行了颁奖。
Awards were also given to teachers who have won excellent lectures and excellent papers.

 

 

执行校长张金仲先生围绕“基于学生学习力提升的课堂改革——价值重塑与路径优化”提出了对于学习型课堂建设的看法及要求。在报告中,张校长高屋建瓴,从“学习理论、知识分类、教学质量标准、学习目标,教学模式、小组合作,智慧赋能、问题导学、学科大概念”等诸多方面给课堂改革及模式建构提供了理论支撑和方向指引。并提出十道问题,启发教师对于自身课堂教学进行反思。
Mr. Zhang Jinzhong, Executive Principal, put forward his views and requirements for learning-oriented class construction around "Classroom Reform Based on Student Learning Improvement - Value Remodeling and Path Optimization". In the report, Principal Zhang summarized the classroom reform path from 13 aspects which not only had educational theoretical guidance, but also the specific instructions on the teaching model, group cooperation mode and smart classroom, and triggered teachers' reflection on their own classroom teaching through ten questions and answers. Principal Zhang stressed the need to awe every 40 minutes, attract students through fun activities and effectively encourage students to achieve a wonderful and efficient learning results.

 

 

最后,校长孙艳秋女士进行了闭幕讲话,讲话充分肯定本次研讨会的深远意义,并对教学处精心策划及全体老师们的积极参与表示衷心感谢。孙校长从学校、课堂、教师三个层面寄语全体教师,强调面对新形势,教师要在主观上加强自我课堂改革,充分发挥Canglory平台的作用,落实学科核心素养,提升课堂质量。同时坚守教育初心,提升中加教育的国际化水平。
Finally, Principal, Ms. Sun Yanqiu, delivered a closing mark, which fully affirmed the far-reaching significance of the seminar and expressed her gratitude to the TAO for its careful planning and the active participation of all teachers. Principal Sun sent a message to all teachers from the three levels of school, classroom and teachers, emphasizing that in the face of the new situation, teachers should subjectively strengthen teaching reform, give full play to the role of the Canglory platform, implement the core quality of disciplines, and improve classroom quality. At the same time, we should adhere to the original aspiration of education and improve the internationalization level of SCCSC.

 

 

 

 

 

深耕细研踏歌行,第十九届教学研讨会已圆满落幕,但教研的脚步永不停息。优化教学评价标准,推进学习型课堂建设,在教育改革的时代浪潮中,中加人将乘风破浪,行稳致远。
